Navy Federal Credit Union
With roots in the Virginia area, Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) is the world's largest credit union. NFCU announced intentions to double the workforce at the existing Winchester Call Center in the coming years, requiring an overall campus expansion.
MGMA programmed and planned a new multi-story call center for NFCU, designed to accommodate the approximately 1,400 new employees. The four-story, 245,538-square-foot facility is located on a 35.3-acre site, supporting the financial service needs of U.S. armed forces members and their families. The project included a 6,900-square-foot roof terrace, as well as three site retaining walls, a building foundation wall, a single story loading dock extension, modifications to the fitness room and associated terrace, and bridge modifications due to a revised layout.
