Frederick Commerce Center

Coming soon to northeast Frederick, Maryland is a new industrial complex known as the Frederick Commerce Center.  MGMA teamed with Trammell Crow to provide the design and master planning of this four-facility warehouse development located on a 55-acre site off Gas House Pike.

The 684,000 SF single-story tilt building measures 1200’ x 570’, with 36’ clear space, maximizing the allowable height for a building within the flight path of the airport. Four 45’ tall precast fins and a two-tone precast exterior finish accentuate the entrance along the north façade of this cross-dock facility.

An additional three industrial buildings are in the design development phase for this complex.
