Frederick Airport Park

MGMA is proud to have partnered with Hanover Company on this Class A 118 acre development opportunity adjacent to the Frederick County Airport. MGMA assisted the development team with master planning concepts through building completion. This project, separated into two phases, included two rear load warehouses with design flexibility to allow for a flexible number of tenants. The warehouses also included a sustainability mindset achieving Two Globes from the Green Building Initiative. Phase 1 includes Two Rear loading 36’ clear Warehouses totaling 507,800 SF. A future phase 2 extending the campus is proposed totaling 1,201,700 SF.
