1501 M Street

Washington, D.C.

1501 M Street showcases a blend of neoclassical building elements with a modern luxurious flair. This distinctive design offers a hospitality atmosphere with a sophisticated palette and includes an elegant coffee lounge in the glass rotunda, overlooking the corner of 15th and M street.

A monumental stairway, constructed of floating wood treads, black metal stringers, and gold cable railings, accentuates the interconnecting stairwell between the 2nd floor to the 4th floor and reveals the communal lounge on the 3rd floor. The lounge incorporates two-toned wood flooring, playful lighting, preserved green walls, and elegantly textured furniture.

Intimate meeting rooms, casual seating groups, and the highly appointed pantry kitchen take advantage of the unobstructed daylight, especially in the rotunda. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor spec suites and private offices share the refined palette and incorporate a glass wall system, allowing light to emanate throughout the space and afford exterior views to all staff.
