Steeplechase

MGMA led development for approximately 500,000 square feet of shell flex/industrial buildings located inside the Capital Beltway. The project included tilt-up concrete structures with flex facades, vehicular parking, 4-foot rear loading docks, and a deep truck court. Multiple buildings allowed for both speculative and build-to-suit developments.
