MGMA, in conjunction with R.W. Murray Co, presents Alexandria’s newest co-warehousing facility. Located off Eisenhower Avenue. Saltbox offers the full co-warehousing package: onsite carrier pickups, loading docks, private photo studio, warehouse, office suites, and even bookable conference rooms.

Originating as an old car maintenance shop, Saltbox’s new location has an updated black-and-white exterior which includes new street and building signage. Measuring approximately 45,000 SF, Saltbox is a two-story warehouse and an office amenity, with a modern industrial flair and pops of color. Amenities include a private loading dock with glass doors, 3 conference rooms, a large pantry/collaboration area, and photo studio.
