Premier Business Park

Premier Business Park is a regional industrial center located just off I-66 in Manassas, Virginia. MGMA designed and master-planned this 36-acre site to incorporate 3 single-story tilt warehouse buildings. Each building is designed with 24’ clear foot ceilings and 40’ x 40’ column spacing along with dock loading and truck courts. Exterior features include sun grills delineating each entrance.

Building I contains approximately 121,200 gsf,  Building II is 167,900 gsf and Building III measures approximately 163,600 gsf.  Each structure has the capacity to include a single bay deep future mezzanine along the front portion of each building. Structurally, the buildings are comprised of steel framing with load-bearing concrete tilt-wall panels and have rectangular footprints.
