MGMA led the design team, in conjunction with Trammell Crow, providing master planning through construction administration for this new industrial development at Southfields in Elkton, Maryland. This 299-acre site located off Pulaski Highway will offer best-in-class facilities in a 3 phased development while maintaining 90% of the existing wetlands and reforesting with 2,500 new trees. The campus comprises three single-story, 40ft clear speculative warehouses ranging between 769,500 and one million square feet of state-of-the-art logistics space. Delivery anticipated early 2022.
