Upper Marlboro will soon be abuzz with this new Corporate Headquarters for Capital Electric at Westphalia Road. The tilt-up shell features a statement entrance with recessed LEDs highlighting the navy-blue metal paneling and glazed façade. A tapestry of colored tilt panels articulates the extensive north and west elevations.

Approximately 38,400sf of two-story office space boasts high-end finishes and contemporary flair, with features typically befitting a Class A trophy building. Amenities include a large training facility, 2 large pantry/collaboration areas, and a luxurious reception space.

MGMA, in conjunction with Trammell Crow, expects delivery of this 362,880sf tilt structure, complete with tenant interior in 2022.
