Arlington Tower 8th Floor

MGMA was tasked with creating a flexible multi-tenant environment to accommodate the expanding needs of short-term leasing community. In total, MGMA renovated four key spaces within the Arlington Towers property, including the Lobby Cafe, 8th-floor multi-tenant space, existing corridors and restrooms, and Spec Suites located on the 2nd and 12th floors.

Increasing building value and lease-ability, the project team reinvigorated the 8th-floor multi-tenant space, bringing natural light to interior spaces and maximizing views of the Potomac.
