MGMA master planned, programmed, designed, and provided construction administration for the Associated Builders and Contractors Virginia Chapter (ABC-VA) Headquarters. The 24,000-square-foot, mixed-use facility contains association staff offices and construction industry training classrooms and labs.
The project required extensive “green” provisions, as the showpiece of the non-union contractor’s safety training facility near Dulles International Airport.

The project received LEED—Silver Rating.
