2001 Pennsylvania Avenue 10th Floor Amenity

The design team expanded on the concept of recently completed Wave Offices in DC and VA to create a new 5th-floor Wave Office. The approximately 14,405-square-foot project produced four tenant suites and an amenity area, including conference rooms, huddle and call rooms.
