Rye Street Market at Baltimore Peninsula

Characterized by its four "jewel box" buildings situated around a central plaza, Rye Street Market offers approximately 263,280 square feet of retail and office space. MGMA provided a number of services for Weller Development's Baltimore Peninsula E-7 property, resulting in a vibrant complex reminiscent of European cities.

The project scope included Concept Building Design; Master Planning; Construction Documents for a six-story office building; Design and Construction Documents for a two-level, below-ground parking garage; and Architect of Record for The Market.
